Composer Christina Vantzou asked a community of artists to create a musical score without relying on any form of traditional musical notation. Upon receiving the score, Vantzou conducted a string ensemble to perform it. This video is a combination of the score I created along with the recording of the ensemble performing it. To perform the score, simply mute the sound and follow the animation.

Score notes:

The red waves represent a metronome and can be represented by any instrument that makes a staccato sound.

The large blue circle is a drone that begins anew at every rotation.

The black star in the upper right corner is a symbol crash or a big accent on any instrument. [It happens at every 3/4 of the beat]

The yellow sun in the bottom left side is also an accent.

The smaller red / orange circle is another drone that rises and falls in pitch as the circle completes and un-completes itself.
